1 / Are your products 100% gluten-free?

Yes. All of our baked goods are made with gluten-free ingredients. Our kitchen has never had gluten-containing ingredients. However, our kitchen also handles other ingredients such as nuts, soy, eggs, and dairy alternatives. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from trace allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion.

2 / Do you accommodate other food allergies?

Our recipes may include nuts, eggs, or dairy alternatives. Ingredients are clearly listed for each product — please read them carefully before purchasing. While most of our breads are nut-free, we do have nuts in our kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that products are safe for those with nut allergies.

3 / Are your products vegan

We offer some vegan and dairy-free options. Other products may contain eggs and/or dairy. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please contact us before placing an order.

4 / Can I return or exchange baked goods?

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.

5 / How can I purchase your products?

We are a cottage food business located in St. Johns County, Florida. You can:

  • Pre-order online for porch pickup at our Saint Augustine home kitchen.

  • Find us at local farmers' markets (check our “Order Online” page for details).

6 / Do you ship?

Currently, we do not ship. We are working on adding delivery and subscription options in the future. For special requests, please contact us directly at HappyGlutenFreeBaking@gmail.com.

7 / How can I buy directly from you?

The best way is through our Order Online page, where you can place preorders for pickup at our home kitchen or at one of the vendors market locations.

8 / How long do your baked goods stay fresh?

Most items are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup. Since we use no preservatives, we recommend freezing products for longer storage.

9 / What is the best way to store your products?

Our baked goods are freshly made without preservatives. If you don’t plan to consume them the same day:

  • Slice and freeze immediately for freshness.

  • Toast or warm individual slices straight from the freezer.

This helps maintain flavor and texture — perfect for bread and bagels.

10 / Why aren’t your products pre-sliced?

We keep products unsliced to preserve their freshness and prevent staling. This ensures you receive them in the best possible condition.

11 / Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet, but we are working on the details to release this option for our customers soon.

12 / Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. For now, we offer porch pickup at our Saint Augustine location and sales at select farmers markets.
