Hi everyone! My name is Sandra, the founder of Happy Gluten Free Baking. I am a passionate advocate for healthy living with Celiac disease, and have explored through my healing after being diagnosed.
My Story
I transformed the way I think about food into an opportunity to explore creativity and nutrition without feeling restricted. After some years on my gluten-free journey, I became a health coach with an emphasis as a gluten-free practitioner.
This helped me reimagine a new relationship with what's on my plate. Over time, I discovered that a healthy lifestyle isn't about removing food. It's about adding vibrant ingredients, nourishing recipes, and habits that support mind and body.
Now gluten-free baking is my happy place. I look forward to creating treats that feel good, taste amazing, and turn restricted into reimagined. Every treat I make is a reminder that healthy gluten-free treats can still be full of flavor, joy, and a little sweetness.
